"Dariyaaa" (“we”, “us”) provides WhatsApp automation services for small businesses in Kashmir, India. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.
What we collect
- Account details: business name, contact name, email, phone, address.
- End-user data: names, phone numbers, and chat metadata (timestamps, tags, templates used). We do not read or store message content beyond what’s needed to power automations.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, and logs for security and performance.
Why we collect it
- To deliver automation features (auto-replies, campaigns, templates, analytics).
- To comply with WhatsApp/Meta policies and applicable law.
- To support you (troubleshooting, usage insights, billing).
How we store and protect data
Data is hosted in India by default (configurable). Access requires authentication and is limited to authorized personnel for valid business purposes. We use encryption in transit and at rest where applicable.
Retention
We keep account data while your subscription is active and for up to 180 days after cancellation for audit and legal reasons, unless a longer period is required by law. You can request deletion earlier (see below).
Your rights
- Access/Rectify: email sameed@dariyaaa.store.
- Deletion: request deletion of your data; we complete within 30 days unless legally restricted.
- Consent: you can revoke marketing consent at any time.
WhatsApp templates & 24-hour session window
WhatsApp requires pre-approved templates to message customers outside the 24-hour session. Inside 24 hours of the customer’s last message, free-form responses are allowed. We help you configure templates and respect these rules.
Third parties
We integrate with WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). WhatsApp conversation fees are billed by Meta and are not included in our pricing.
