Agreement
By using Dariyaaa, you agree to these Terms. If you’re using Dariyaaa for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind the business.
Acceptable use
- No spam or unsolicited messaging.
- No illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
- Respect WhatsApp and Meta policies, including template requirements and opt-out rules.
Fair messaging policy
You must obtain valid consent before messaging users. Provide clear opt-out instructions. We may throttle or suspend accounts that violate platform policies or degrade service quality.
Plans & support
- Starter: email support (24–48h).
- Growth: priority email (24h).
- Pro: priority email + onboarding assistance.
Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance monthly. WhatsApp conversation fees are billed separately by Meta and are not included.
Refunds
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We generally refund unused subscription periods when you cancel mid-cycle as described there.
Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features with notice and deprecate features that rely on external platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dariyaaa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
